At its core, Experio is about connecting scattered knowledge and making it useful. The challenge was less about capability, and more about how that capability is revealed to the user. We worked on shaping key parts of the product experience — focusing on how information is structured, navigated, and surfaced. The goal was to bring clarity to a system that is inherently complex, without oversimplifying what it can do.

The Experio team came in with a clear vision for the product. Our role was to shape the experience from the ground up - translating that vision into a cohesive interface and a set of prototypes that could communicate the platform effectively across demos, sales conversations, and investor pitches.

We designed a connected product experience that focused on how information is surfaced, explored, and understood within a complex knowledge system. Rather than simplifying the product down, the focus was to make the experience feel approachable, fluid, and intuitive - helping users interact with powerful capabilities in a way that felt natural and efficient.
